Imperial German c.1900 Sword and Scabbard : Chinese Forces, Boxer Rebellion
Rare sword of the Chinese Boxer Rebellion, German made contract sword.

Date made: c 1900
Imperial German Model 1900 sword and scabbard. The hilt has a half basket steel brass guard with a Chinese dragon as the cartouche badge. The M89 style grip is sharkshin and wire with some minor wear. The blade is double fullered and just super. The black painted scabbard has some surface rust with two fixed rings, throat is held to the body by two screws.
An extremely hard to find sword in any condition.
